We are Smart Farmers LLC - a modern farm that grows greens that don’t wilt on the shelf but continue to thrive in your home. Additionally, we carefully make healthy juices and drinks from our greens.

We use vertically modular greenhouses of our own design, operating on aeroponics and hydroponics technologies, with a fully controlled environment that helps save hundreds of acres of land and avoids harmful chemicals.

Unlike conventional juicers that heat the juice, causing enzymes to die and leaving very few vitamins, we use advanced cold-press technology (EDP) - where microgreens are first chopped and then slowly pressed under Extreme Direct Pressure (EDP) technology. Cold pressing does not heat the product, so enzymes, chlorophyll, and all vitamins remain active. The juice works at the cellular level - nourishing, cleansing, and rejuvenating the body, just like fresh greens straight from the garden, but much more concentrated.

We freeze our juices at -50°F immediately after squeezing - at the moment when they contain the most enzymes, chlorophyll, and antioxidants. The Snap-Freeze technology halts the oxidation process and "seals" the live benefits in every cell.

We use a breathable, humidity-balanced pack with micro-vents so excess moisture escapes and leaves stay crisp. The bag is easy-open and resealable, fridge-friendly, and made from food-safe, recyclable materials.
